Hello,
My name is Katie Spearin, and I am from the small town of Millville, Massachusetts. I am an alumni to the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth with a BFA in graphic design. I work freelance design jobs whenever I can. Many of these jobs include logo/brand design, packaging, marketing materials, and creative projects. In addition, I also ran an Etsy business where I designed and sold svg files for customers to use on their Cricut or Silhouette die-cutting machines. I also worked as a design intern on the software department's user interface at Tel Nexx (Now ASMPT Nexx) for three summers. Since then they have had me continue to do work for them from time to time. I am very passionate about graphic design and I am excited to see where my design skills will take me in the future.
Aside from graphic design I enjoy photography, the fine arts/crafting, and baking. I am always very excited about film, television shows, and music. I love sharing these passions with others. I'm also a passionate learner, whether I am learning a new skill or hobby, new knowledge, or even something new about myself. I often utilize my love for learning through skillshare classes/online tutorials, listening to podcasts, or watching educational media.
